Doubt something, with no crec que.

Crec que no plou keeps the ordinary verb. No crec que plogui changes it. The no in front of crec is what changes the verb.

• No crec que plogui.I don't think that it is raining.
• No crec que sigui tard.I don't think that it is late.

• No crec que tinguis raó.I don't think that you are right.
