Pau's Sunday

En Pau is the man, the way la Marta was the woman. Crec que gives the opinion. Si stays in the present. Voldria and podria are the polite plan. Quan arribo stays in the present.

Diumenge al matí en Pau va mirar el cel. Va dir: "Crec que farà sol. Em sembla que és un bon dia. M'agrada més la platja que la plaça, però la platja és lluny. Encara que demà tinc feina, avui tinc temps. Si fa sol, aniré a la platja. Si plou, em quedaré a casa." Va trucar a una amiga. "Voldria anar a la platja. Podries venir?" Ella va dir: "M'agradaria, però he d'anar a Girona. Quan arribo, et truco. Si tinc temps, vinc a la tarda." En Pau va respondre: "D'acord. Si no pots, quedem al cafè." Al final va fer sol. Ell va anar a la platja perquè li agrada més. A la tarda ella va trucar: "Ja he arribat. Podem quedar?" Van quedar al cafè. Va ser un bon diumenge.

• Quan arribo, et truco.When I arrive, I call you.
